Ain't no cure for the wintertime blues?

Okay, so it has been a pretty mild winter, relatively speaking, but it still sucks. I practically hibernate during the month of February. I'm sick of this cold weather, and I want it gone! I don't go out on the weekends. I stay inside with the curtains drawn and the lights low, writing my plans for world domination.

I'd say we have about another month before the weather is tolerable enough that I might go outside and play every once in a while. I need something to get me through this.

How do you cure the Wintertime Blues?

Well, I am going to Florida in a few weeks. But until then, I'm stuck in this hellish cold! Maybe I could convince Lash to bring some of her doobage over; we could all get high and play naked twister or something...

That is an interesting idea. Gyms around here cost too much for my taste though. I have been thinking about getting in shape though, and I do have some weights I could use. Ugh, that sounds like work.

You could work on your six-pack---and the tanning idea sounds nice and summery, too.

Go to the greenhouses at the Brooklyn or NY Botanical Gardens. They often have concerts or talks this time of year, plus it's a great place to meet chicks. I always chatted with guys there, it's such a lovely, cozy environment that women let their guard down, unlike in a bar or club.

Read? Seriously, I did't think this winter was so bad. At least we had lots of sunshine. I have a room with 4 windows that span from NE to E to SE and SW. It gets lots of light and I grow plants in the windows. Some are flowering right now. It cheers me up. Any kind of physical excersize does too, even if its shoveling snow and chipping ice.

That could cause frostbite in a very sensitive area.
