I downloaded Google Earth and now the google tool bar appears below the other explorer tool bars. It takes up screen space and I don´t want it. Can I get rid of it with unloading Earth?

Pitter,

if you're on windows, you should be able to do it:

Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs

and i know exactly what you mean about screen space.
i'm always dragging the A2k toolbar up and out of the way...

You can just right-click one time on the Google Toolbar and uncheck "Google". That won't remove it from the computer but it will make it "disappear" from your screen.
