You tube Video Problem

I'd say that's more likely due to YouTube's servers than to anything at your end; my broadband connection is similar to yours and I sometimes notice "choppy" playback from YouTube and other video sites, particularly when trying to view a currently popular video. Using real-time connection monitoring software, I've seen the video download rate slow down, speed up, and even stall for a while. Often what I'll do when video playback is unacceptably choppy is pause the video playback until the download progress bar on the subject video's window is complete or very nearly so; that way, the playback at your end is much less likely to get ahead of the upload coming from the other end.
