Quote:Pregnant with possibilities: expectant mother offers belly for Super Bowl ads
at 11:35 on January 24, 2007, EST.
CHICAGO (AP) - Jennifer Gordon has an offer she hopes some advertiser can't refuse.
The expectant Mom and self-described die-hard football fan is offering ad space on her nine-months pregnant belly in exchange for two Super Bowl tickets. Gordon, a publicist, has posted ads online on eBay and Craigslist detailing her plans.
"I will agree to have your message painted on my belly visible to Super Bowl attendees and the millions of fans around the world who watch," her Craigslist ad reads.
The going rate for tickets for the Feb. 4 Super Bowl in Miami is as high as US$5,000.
Gordon and her husband, Mitch, have already booked flights to Florida and have a place to stay.
"I thought it was brilliant," Mitch Gordon said. "It's certainly cheaper than a (normal) Super Bowl ad. Isn't this what fanatics do?"
So far, Gordon said she has received about 45 inquiries.
Would you go this far to watch a football game?
If the Packers were playing?
No question.
Who the hell is gonna pay to have an ad on some girl's belly that might be seen by a hundred or so people at most? Unless she runs onto the field in the middle of the game naked, that sounds like a really stupid deal.
RP, is this the person in question from the story, or somebody else?
don't think so, Reyn.

Boxing? I thought it was an online casino?
Oh, okay.
So, would you put that on your belly?
yours is not an easy question to answer.
i must find a quiet room in order to contemplate and reflect upon the various moral and ethical facets of such an act...
