Pookie Hudson has died

While doing this and that (as opposed to that and this) I heard brief mention this morning of a musical favorite of mine having passed away this past week. Needless to say I doubted the veracity and decided to search for more info on the internet. Sadly it turns out to be true. Thornton James "Pookie" Hudson, leader singer of the group Pookie Hudson and The Spaniels departed from the earthly stage on January 16 of 2007. My apologies for the delay in finding this out and getting the information on the board.

Although the group was known for favorites such as Goodnight Sweetheart, Goodnight and Baby It's You, my personal favorite was Peace Of Mind.


You will be missed Pookie.
