Muting Internet Explorer 7

Is there a way to mute all sounds coming from the internet explorer or a particular website without having to mute the speakers all together? For example, I'd like to be able to listen to iTunes while playing games on candystand.com and not have to hear the sounds of the game in the background. Is this even possible?

Thanks for the help,
Mike

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab.
In the Settings section, under Multimedia, clear the following check box to turn off sound.
Play sounds in webpages
