Perhaps you can start by letting us know where you are moving from on the east coast to where on the west coast. And the coasts of what country?

Also are you just talking about moving costs?

Also, how much are you moving? The contents of a McMansion or of an efficiency apartment or something in between?

Will you be moving yourself in cars or a U-Haul or hiring professionals?

we are thinking of moving from upstate NY USA to Southern OR.
we are a family of three, by no means a mansion worht of stuff and want to take only the necessities...furniture, clothing etc......there is still a bit of stuff but plan to seel a lot in order to have more money.

Moving companies will come by and give you free estimates.
