A Study In Scarlet

Hi, I have some questions about the following excerpt from A Study In Scarlet, by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

?'If you can come round to the house any time before twelve, you will find me there. I have left everything in "statu quo" until I hear from you'. http://etext.virginia.edu/etcbin/toccer-new2?id=DoyScar.sgm&images=images/modeng&data=/texts/english/modeng/parsed&tag=public&part=3&division=div2

My questions:

1. What's the difference between a and b?
a. I have left everything in "statu quo" until I hear from you.
b. I will leave everything in "statu quo" until I hear from you.

2. Is "statu quo" a typo of status quo? Both my book and the online text read "statu quo".

3. Do "come round to the house", "come around to the house" and "come around the house" all mean the same?

Thanks.
