This is minor, but it's annoying. In my previous version of Windows, all I had to do when entering an address of a web site was type the name of the site, minus the
www. It always went there.
A few days ago, I downloaded the latest version of Windows, I think 7.0, which works OK except that now I need the www or it tells me it's an invalid address. How do I set my preferences to always fill in the www? I probably did something back when I installed the previous version, but don't remember what it was.
Can anybody help?
