Will you help me to find a song?

Hi all, some time ago I've heard a song on the radio, now I'm trying to find the artist.

It is a slow-tempo song with female vocal. It is quite minimal in style with guitar, bass and drums. The sound is, so to say, clear or accoustic-like (but not accoustic). In the chorus the vocals is subtly fused and here are some words from it:

He gave me sight when I have blindness

I'm not native english speaker, so I may be wrong in quoting. The song fades away with the bass line rolling.
