bobsmyth- Getting a deja vu? My understanding is that the program that Craven is using for A2K is an open source program that he has added a boatload of bells and whistles.

It does shake one up a bit though!

PHPBB is a generic, customizable message board system that is very popular out on the net these days. It has replaced the old UBB program in popularity.

Thanks Butrflynet. I figured as much but it really surprised me when I saw it. Haven't seen one before. I appreciate the input.

I guess i'm not so surprised because i've visited so many boards in the last few years. Basically, there is a coincidence the color scheme chosen--boards like these are mostly dime-a-dozen in so far as graphics are concerned. What draws me to and keeps me at a board is the community there. We've a good on at this site--so it's worth coming back.
