Hi, this problem appeared lately while being on the net. I ignored it and

wasn't such a good idea.

The thing is while I'm browsing or while reading the page will change itself

automatically into some advertisement web page.

It's not like others pop up that will jump into your face. It happened at the

same page like someone controlling my computer.

How do I resolve this problem?

Thank you guys

Hi jespah, I tried to update security thing in my Norton but it just keep

failing with some components to update. I went for updating windows, I

did some of of them. The probelm still there, and I'm trying others

options. Some of the links didn't open with me.

I downloaded adaware personal, it detected one threat .

I'll let you know if there is any progress.

Thanks

you must follow the instructions in the thread Jespah suggested exactly (or very nearly) It does work I can vouch for it. no tricks or scams. and all for free. it does take a while but is certainly worth it. Following timbers instructions will clean all sorts of gunk out that you did not even know you had.

Navigator,

Something like this happened to me (well, my PC) a few days back. I scanned my PC on the BitDefender site. The scan deleted or disinfected some of the viruses altogether and listed out the remaining problem-creators (spyware) etc. Then I removed the spyware one by one manually. This really worked in my case.
