Laughing Yeah, the skeeters have been minimal. Probably 'cause of all the spraying they did this year - but I won't go there...

Tell him to pack a fall jacket. It's been getting cold n' crazy. Just a lil tip. :wink:

On 'what?', I use it, with friends, though mostly do some hand signal or head signal..or say, hmmm?

I use "I beg your pardon" in different circumstances than about hearing...

I say excuse me as I plow through a crowd in a hurry, but try not to do that in the first place.

My mother used to glare at children and command, "Speak up. Don't mumble."

As yet I haven't had to use that parental example.

we say "no worries" meaning (depending on inflection) think nothing of it.
