52a = via
113a = mash

Thanks Dutchy for the answers. However regarding 113a Fermenting malt
if I put Mash it interfers with the clue down.
ie.113d desired - Ive got Wished. and 114 down is Man's felt hat and my
answer is Homburg which leaves the answer to 113a (Malt) as WA?h.
Any other sugestions,

Have just completed the section around your word and have found an altenative word for mash, the correct answers is WASH.

There are 3 answers incidently for fermenting malt: wort - mash and wash

80d= pyroclastic
113d= wished
117a= osiris
125= stem
133a= ecru
129= malachi
114d= homburg
