Possibly crazy, but trying to find a music video!

So my boyfriend and I started talking about music videos, claymation ones in particular. and he vaguely remembered this music video and then got me vaguely remembering it as well. we both might be entirely crazy since eveyrone we ask about it gives us a blank stare and says "Huh?"

Anyways. from what he can recollect, it was from the 90s, and apparently had quite a lot of airtime, at least on Canadian Much Music anyhow. the video was claymation, and had a man in a cave who was cutting off all of his hair. there were people lined up outside the cave as he did this and he was handing his hair to those people. possibly even pieces of his body. that's all he can remember.. perhaps we're both absolutely nuts and we're imagining it. but if anyone knows what the hell we're talking about, let me know!
