TOWANDA, Pa. (AP) - August 25, 2006 - A 53-year-old Bradford County man is accused of exposing himself to customers and employees of a shoe store over the past month.
Authorities say John Hickock of Troy faces four counts of indecent exposure and four counts of open lewdness. The charges are misdemeanors.
State police at Towanda say Hickok exposed his genitals while he was in a Payless Shoe Store in Wysox Township on four occasions.
Charges were filed against Hickok in a district court today.
Investigators say a summons will be issued for his appearance.
Hmm, okay, so why at a shoe store?
