ROCKER Ozzy Osbourne has been voted Britain's silliest celebrity.
The former Black Sabbath singer took top spot thanks to his crazy exploits in reality TV show The Osbournes.
He beat Tory MP Boris Johnson into second place and Chris Eubank third.
Reader's Digest, which polled more than 2,000 people, said: "Ozzy appears to have transformed himself from scary heavy metaller into everyone's favourite clown."
