I'm from Manchester, originally from Liverpool, some say Pop Music was invented here...
Anyway, kick your shoes off, stick around, even if you get pissed off, try not to be so dismissive of others tastes - but your passion for what you like in music is endearing.
Whether you acknowledge it or not - Pop Music has bound to have had an influence on Big and Rich, you cannot help but absorb the music around you.

I think Big and Rich are extremely talented. I don't know if I would call them country in the traditional manner, they have incorporated several styles to come up with a big raunchy sound. I heard them backing up Cowboy Troy who claims his music is Hip-Hop. Sample Cowboy Troy and Big and Rich on Amazon.com if you haven't heard them before. It's not for everybody, and I don't love every single song they do, but most of it's lively. I like just about everything as long as it moves.
