Amazing! I would think it would be crucial at that age to worry about breaking bones.

Granny, 90, goes sky-diving

A woman celebrated her ninetieth birthday by sky-diving.

Grandmother, Mary Armstrong, jumped out of the plane at 12,000ft.

The widower plummeted at 120mph, strapped to an instructor. She was in freefall for more than 30 seconds before the chute finally opened at around 6,000ft over Ashford, Kent.

According to the Mirror she said: "It was lovely. It was a beautiful day for it and I can't wait to have another go."

It is Mary's third parachute jump in four years.

Mary, from East Moseley, Surrey, has seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Her exploits have raised more than £1,000 for horse charities.

This reminds me of Banana George who still water skis barefoot at 91 http://www.bananageorge.com/ or Jack Lalane who still works out 2 hours daily at 93. Just because you're old doesn't mean you have to be old!

I'm surprised she didn't crack her dentures.
