Damn! I saw a man walking nonchalantly down the street with what looked like a giant above-ground pool stuffed under his jacket. I should have reported him then and there!

How were you to know? He could just have bought it at a store and had no way of transporting it home.

Imagine the embarassment for yourself if you had asked him to produce a sales receipt!
