It looks like the murder victims was 29 and had a 15 yo gf that he had sex with. Now this is a big age difference when someone is 15.
In Spring 2005, there was a case involving a prestigious prep school where 5 boys were charged with statutory rape when a 15 yo girl performed "oral favors" in the locker room. 3 or 4 of the boys were 17 and therefore adults in MA as far as the court was concerned - they were shown on TV.
