I'm just finishing up Daughter of the Queen of Sheba by Jacki Lyden. Man, it's good.
I really liked "Change Me Into Zeus's Daughter" and "The Glass Castle".
boomerang, thanks for the post. I just took out The Glass Castle from the library.
Check out "The Burn Journals" by Brent Runyon.
It's an autobiography about a 14 year old boy who sets himself on fire.
The Education of Henry Adams
Henry Adams
Written in the third person, Adams contemplates his privileged background mirrored in the realities of the burgeoning twentieth century. Choosing not to follow in the footsteps of his influential family, which included presidents John Adams and John Quincy Adams, Henry dedicated his life to observation, education, and writing. I would rank as one (top 5) autobiographies ever written.
