Yahoo Launches a Challenge to A2K

their avatars are lousy. aside from that, i object to several of their "Community Guidelines," such as,

1. YOU MAY NOT POST CONTENT (or links to content, including photos):

h. to vent your frustrations, rant, make statements, or otherwise violate the question and answer format.

8. USE ENGLISH ONLY: Please do not use other languages or symbols. Also, spelling and grammar count! Be sure to check your spelling and grammar, as content that is unreadable due to excessive typos may also be deleted.

9. CATEGORIZATION: Categorize your question in the appropriate category. Yahoo! Answers reserves the right to re-categorize or delete questions it determines to be categorized incorrectly.

it's a2k tailored for Big Brother

There're already sites like answer.com, allexperts.com etc etc since a long time online, even in several languages.

Not only that I doubt, members of those sites make metings - the whole idea of such sites is different to A2K.

In fact I found it from an ad on the side of A2K.

Halle Berry or Whitney Houston.

Most are saying Halle since she's not all drugged out....but, as someone astutely pointed out, Whitney doesn't have anything to lose.

I think a strick Q & A format is a mistake.

The fact that makes this site more interesting is that there's room for different content, styles, and format.

If that ever happened here, I'd leave.
