I was confused about the sentence"After the Beatles ,i am pretty much lost."Please help me understand.thank you.

The Beatles were a very popular musical group in the 1960s. From 1963 to 1970, they were the most popular musical group in the world. When the person says that "After the Beatles, i am pretty much lost,"--he or she is saying that they could not or did not keep track of popular music after 1970. The locution "pretty much" means not entirely, but almost entirely.
