so i have a friend. he got my first email to him and he replied. then i sent my second email. it's been a week he hasn't reply and ask him why he didn't reply he said he didn't get my second email. is it true that he didn't get the email cuz my second email was on my sent messages, so that means i have sent the message. why he didn't get it? is this possible?

It's possible it would up in his spam folder and he never saw it. If you are in China that's the most likely explanation.

Its possible. In fact, its not uncommon; most properly executed emails do go through, but inevitably, some do not. Also possible is that the email was sent, but for watever reason was filtered into the recipient's junkmail folder, or for some other reason was not recognized by the recipient, and in either event, was deleted without reading.
