Yes, indeedy. I've been on holidays from just after Christmas till April 30th.

I didn't take any holidays for 2005, had some days from 2004, and had holidays plus for 2006.

So, I timed it exactly to the day so that I wouldn't need to go back to work after Christmas.

You were fortunate that your employer allowed you to carry over that much vacation time. For most of us, it's "use it or lose it." Crying or Very sad

Yes, was a union job though, although the "current employer" (don't ask) wants to be changing this banking stuff. saved in the nick of time in many ways. Union's gearing up for strike action probably some time this year, too.

Actually, my timing would have been much better if I could have retired 1 April 2003, but that's a whole new story.

I'm just glad the decades old ordeal is finely at an end.

today it's been 3 days since I smoked de Ganja. I'm moving, and need to find a job, and worried about drug tests.

It's nothing like when I quit cigs; but it certainly isn't cool.

If I don't get the Valentines's in the mail this week, it will be so embarrassing. I was going to do it last week but it rained twice and the cat was playing with the roll of stamps so cutely I couldn't stop her and then when I went to look for the stamps (there was a bit of clearing skies) I couldn't find them. I still haven't.

I meant to call everyone and tell them that the Valentines are on the way, that I still love them just as much as I ever did which they know and I certainly know, was not all that much, but still...
