I was thinking about this on the way back from lunch today and thought it might be interesting.
I love my husband. I love being married. I wouldn't go back "out there" (the singles scene)for the world. But I sometimes get tired of having someone to worry about other than myself. Maybe not everyone does it but it's in my nature to protect and care for those I love so I don't have a choice. My husband, who can be a taker, sometimes forgets all of the things I do to make sure he's well taken care of and it burns my ass like hot coals.
So it got me thinking...if it has a best, it must have a worst (not that taking care of him is the worst!). Which brings me to my fun little game/get to know your fellow A2Kers. Choose something in your life, anything, and tell us the best part of it and the worst part of it. It doesn't have to be 100% serious. Here's an example of what I mean:
The best thing about being married is that you have someone there who "gets you" during those times that you barely get yourself.
The worst thing about being married is the wet towel on the bed that's been sitting there all day and has now made my side of the bed all damp and icky.
Now, you try it.
