Internet Explorer is still in Beta, but became available to the public last month. It sounds like quite an improvement over previous versions. Has anyone tried it yet

Yeah - haven't been too impressed; still sorta buggy and at present usually a bit slower than IE6x, with some rendering problems on some web pages. Its got a few nice features, such as enhanced security and tabbed browsing, and its eventually gonna replace the current itteration of IE, but all in all, I'd say wait for the final release if you don't like the surprises, puzzlements, problems, and occassional crashes that accompany beta releases.

"itteration" should be spelled "irritation"!

Yes I have tried it and I must say it will be very good. Some good features... :wink:

I'll stick with Firefox, but IE is handy to have, since some sites aren't accessible to FF.
