I see this every where including on a banner on the page on which I am now writing like it's some sort of advertising. I also come up with that page for certain websites I try to access. Can some one please tell me what the heck is it?
It means pretty much exactly what it says; for any of a variety of reasons, your browser's settings and/or the target website's settings or some combination thereof do not allow you to access the content of that page. It may come up as a result of your browser security and privacy settings, the configuration of your HOSTS file, or due to your firewall's settings, and/or it may be something hardcoded into the website itself, something requiring particular special permissions, such as site registration accompanied by correct username/password entry, and/or website administrator-granted special permissions on a per-user-basis in order to access specific otherwise restricted content.
What browser are you using? I know that some people with home computers (not on a big network) have trouble with Firefox...
