Make her beg and plead more! Why just today she was going on and on about:

I was trying to make peace by saying, "well you know it WAS her thread and all.."

but she would have none of it!

She'd interrupt and ramble: "I'm Debums! I can move mountains, why can't I party on Rae's thread?"

I tried my best to calm her down but then she hit me again.

That thing is spreading! I actually had two girls knock on my door last night - trick or treating - it did not seem the time for the lecture on cultural imperialism, so I gave them some nuts and they went away. I am not really sure if nuts were what they had in mind though.... They were just damn lucky they weren't gum nuts.

Douglas went trick-or-treating this year ~ with the intent only to scare little kiddies.....

The Hallowe'en thing was on a par with Christmas when we were kids, the same for my kiddies. Up until the last couple of years we'd have 120 kids coming to the door between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. This year it was 45 (so disappointing), but our weather has been dreadful.
