So what is Access Denied all about and why does it occur? I get that page now when I try to open the New York Times website.

If you click on your "Access Denied" in green, you get the following message:

Microsoft Security Tools
Network Risk Assessment, Free Tools & Updates, Windows XP SP2. Find the tools and guidance you need for a well-guarded network.

Hmmm...the only clickable option I found on the page was in blue at the very bottom where it says admin.com. (Not visible in my photo below) None of the green areas give me a click option. Here is the page I get when I click on http://www.nytimes.com/
