Hmmm... one would almost think that Montana is trying to get people to be nice all the time... hmmm...
I haven't seen takers on the second...no, third day of niceness festivities... She keeps pushing back Hamburger Day.
Owing to the existence of this thread, I have now run out of chamomile tea, Prozac and lebanese gold.
I am therefore officially grumpy again.
Bugger this being nice lark.
Ellpus has grown a moustache!
<gasp!>
What happened to Ellpus?
<moving chair a bit further away from monitor>
It's my "officially grumpy" avatar.
"Officially grumpy"? Hum. I got this book as a birthday present "Grumpy Old Men". Must be a British thing.
(Or maybe it was meant as a hint?)
Great book! I can identify with 95% of what they have to say.

Why thank you Intrepid and you have yourself a nice day as well :-D
Hey Farmerman
I hope you're day will be devine :-D
Why thank you. My, the manners of everyone have sure changed since I was away.
I'm trying Farmer, I'm trying :-D
Did you have a nice time on your trip?
Well, it was supposed to be a work trip, but I did get some peacock bass fishing in and some trout in the foothills of the Andes.
Ive returned with hundreds of samples in the lines of our seismic runs. I like the idea of getting to go down there and Im also happy with the fact that, unlike my field guys, I dont have to stay there for months and months. Im getting too old for long term personal assignments especially withThe Andean winter around the corner, we have to push the work to get done by mid May.
Sounds like it was a pleasant trip and I know you enjoyed the hell outta all that fishing. I know I would have ;-)
That's great that you don't have to do the long term. I couldn't imagine having to leave home for months on end.
So, do you have to keep taking little trips over there until the job is complete? Looks like it'll be a few months yet.
Farmerman doesn't like to brag about his accomplishments. Here, a freshly shaven F-man shows off one of the smaller trout he caught.
