Hello;
We are currently planning to start a recruiting company in the middle east region. There are 2 other major companies that do the same thing. Offering services for job seekers and employers as well that range from selecting, assessing, training job seekers to guiding them, interviewing them and getting them involved in the workforce.
We want to offer NEW features to both the job seekers and the employers. Something additional, something more useful, something that would make us potential competitors in the market.
What new features might a new recruiting company offer for its clients and job seekers? We want to give our clients a reason to choose us and browse our website instead of browsing the websites and services of others.
