I remember some years back the news ran several stories about (I thought) the closing of Montgomery Ward.
However, I just discovered a Montgomery Ward website. It appears to be the same old Montgomery Ward store, but their "about" section says nothing about their ever having gone out of business.
Do you know the story behind MW?

Wikipedia has a good write up on what happened and how it went out of business completely and then re-opened as an internet retailer
