Is there a debit card out there that allows foreign atm withdrawels at no charge? I had been using one bank that charges $4.95 for each foreign atm debit then found another that charges a dollar per. I've heard there are banks that charge nothing at all. Anyone know?
i read in a travel magazine (conde nast ?) that some banks charge less than others; also the currency exchange rate is important - here again it seems to vary from bank to bank . try googling for conde nast ? hbg
