I was just nosing round my counties central appraisal district website, and looked up the property of someone, John Smith.
The property was listed as "Smith, Trustee of the Jones Living Trust"
I know Jones are his under 18 year old child(ren).
I'm not asking about how Jones will benefit....but would Smith benefit somehow on his year to year taxes being the Trustee? This makes him not the actual owner?
huh, I saw this is featured now....anyone have an idea?
