I am part of a organization that hosts a convention for high school television broadcasters in Anaheim California each year. The 4 day event has been run by a volunteer. It has grown to 1600 participants and we would like to determine a suitable salary for his services. What are the ranges for someone who organizes participants, hotels, speakers, activities, meals and vendors for such an event?
