Crying or Very sad

Oh man, this is really so mindblowing.

I just connected to the internet through my broadband connection. My home page i yahoomail. i signed in and there was some kind of problem so i couldn't access my account. i closed the window. opened another window and address bar vanished!

i have checked settings, address bar is enabled.

What in the world do i do?

This is really a serious problem.........i have to run a search on yahoo everytime i want to open a site.

Ok
I have just restarted the comp and logged in as Guest rather than the administrative account (i talkin of windoww Xp) and the IE browser has the address bar intact.

So, it doesn't seem like a big problem.........but what do I do, All my work and downloading is carried out on the Administrative account.

Can't help you with this one lass.
I use Opera.
I'll have a look and see if I can recreate the problem though.
Gimme a mo.

Hmmm.
I'm sure I've seen something else that will make the address bar vanish but after a cursory search the only thing I can find is in View-Toolbars.

I hate to even ask this but....you didn't happen to just push it up did you...that happens from time to time...hoover your mouse over the bottom edge of the toolbar...when you see the arrow pull it down.
