well good deal. I have actually gained a few lbs and am back to what the charts call my "ideal weight". Have lost most of my pooch that was just from lying around for so long though. I've been doing, on top of my workout regimen, an obscene amount of sit ups and oblique twists every day No one to look good for around though.
