Hi, I've been trying to find out the classical music, specifically the aria that was playing on the radio, in the House of Wax (new version) movie. I think I've heard it before, years ago but I don't remember if it was by Mozart or Brahms.

Anybody can help me out?

Thanks,
JV

Checked out the soundtrack, and there is only one possibility:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0397065/soundtrack

Arthur De Lully wrote the famous, "Chopsticks". There's a midi file on the site, so you can hear it.

Classical aria from the House of Wax movie
Hi Phoenix,

I checked out the website in Germany. That particular track was played by the Wade character at the piano in the house. In between that scenes there was a shot of a wax dummy being finished and at the same time the radio was playing the aria.

Thanks,
JV

i thought it was some sphycotic movie about people covered in wax - you know, spooky stuff, not where classical music is concerned
