Personally, as anyone who isn't brain dead would already have figured out, when it comes to MOAN, i despise what she believes and all her works.

Which does not and never has meant that i wish her ill.

She has not been posting rapid-fire responses in "her" threads as she usually does. It may not mean anything, but it may also mean that her unfortunate disagreement with a brown recluse last evening has temporarily laid her up. On such an assumption, i suggest that we all give her a get well soon card online.

I certainly cannot scorn and ridicule her every word with any sense of satisfaction if she is not here to read . . .

It's just been a few hours and I think she's gone longer than that without posting before, but I certainly hope that her recuperation continues well, too.

I had no idea this thread was here. ehBeth posted a link to it in the thread where I aksed for help about the bite.

I posted something to Setanta in that thread that I am going to also post here.

Of all the things I've learned so far on A2K, this lesson has been the greatest. All this time I thought Setanta really hated ME and there was no way we could ever come to any kind of an understanding. I may not like the things he says about God, and I don't, but I see how I let that cloud his humanity in my eyes. I feel now that I have been practicing a form of discrimination against him and that's not easy to admit or accept. But, it's the truth.

Life's lessons hurt sometimes. I'm crying so hard right now I can't believe it. Setanta starting this thread is one of the most thoughtful things anyone has ever done for me.

Thank all of you for your kind words. It means so much to me. And edgar, thank you!
