Bill Oreilly them song from the Radio Factor

I was flipping channels on the XM radio the other day and heard a theme song, I guess that's what you would call it, for Bill Oreilly's Radio Factor show.

It had a country sounding singer playing guitar and the words he repeted, like the main verse, was "what say you." Has anyone heard this song or do they know of a country singer who has a song with this title? It didn't sound like any of the popular country singers you hear on the radio currently.

There was one other section in the song where he says something about not being scared to speak his mind. But I've searched for everythign I can think of and had no luck finding it.
