Is it just me, or does this song [at the beginning] sound a tad 007-ish?

I just put it on, and I'm really picturing James Bond just frolicking around as a sniper or something..

I can't say that I'm familiar with the song but the image of a frolicking sniper just may encourage me to give it a listen!
