Would appreciate any info on LLCs.
What are they ? How they work? What are the advantages over other forms of business. etc. Whatever information and experience with LLC that you could share would be greatly appreciated.

This seems pretty detailed for a freebee. Surfing through the web, I noticed a lot of more involved guides, but they are not free.
