Have you done this yet? Today, we received a ballot from Pfizer with instructions for online voting. So, I've voted and taken care of that. Plus, they'll send us their materials electronically from now on - no more huge shareholder agreements and annual reports which I have to try to find a place to store.
I guess I don't have much of a question - just a comment as to how neat that is. One job I had, many moons ago, was to count, sort and validate proxy voting cards. Things have changed a bit ... :-D
I was asked to vote online for X corporation (don't remember).
I really had no idea about the people, so I would up not voting.
