Finding a prisoner online

HA.. this is going to foster some great jokes..

but-
Long story short.. Im trying to locate someone whom I know was wanted in Florida about 9 years ago for a felony charge.
I am CONVINCED he has been arrested at one time or another.
And HOPING he was sent to florida to serve his time

I know for the state of texas, you can find a prisoner online. Even with picture.
Im not having so much luck with florida.
Any ideas?

Aside from hiring a 'missing person ' search site.. this is the easiest way I have though of to find this man..
