Cremation is my choice as but if I could choose an epitaph I would like it to read, Sex, Drugs, and Rock & Roll.

C.I., I am sorry, but your last posting may sound offensive for the religious feelings of Christians: the name of the Savior, IMO, should not be coupled with the Hell in the same sentence, even as a joke.
Well, I edit my own posting as well, since C.I. has changed the dubious word in his.

if we limited our posts what would not be offensive to someone we would have nothing to say.

I do not think so. We may disagree with religious approaches of anyone, but abstain from blasphemy.
Thanks, C.I., for changing your posting to non-insulting one.

dys, I'm sure what you say is true, but I try not to be offensive in any of my posts. It's one thing to express religious beliefs, but another to deprecate another's. I'm glad people out there are willing to bring it to our attention when we pass that fence. c.i.

For me, it is a toss-up between 'Finally someone else is now responsible for my debts' and 'If you can read this on my tombstone, you are definately too close.' 'Keep on truckin' and 'I'm with stupid' may also be options...generally though, a cool epitaph isn't nearly as great as the people you loved remembering you in their own way, and spreading the word about you to future generations. That for me would be the best epitaph of all.

blasphemy=An irreverent or impious act, attitude, or utterance in regard to something considered inviolable or sacrosanct.
frankly i do not consider any topic to be inviolable or sacrosanct, i have certainly read on this forum equal remarks made about atheists. what goes around comes around.

dyslexia, while I agree with the sentiment about ones personal views on what is irreverent or sacrosanct we still don't intentionally intend to offend people, we may do indirectly by voicing our opinion but I would hope that it would never be intentionally....

Hey, Heeven, You knew me when we visited Washington DC when our kids were young (and so were we). A bird hit me square on the head.... Hello, again, you dirty bird, you. c.i.
