is there a tool out there to pull your account back...if say someone stole your account or hacked it.

I'd recommend you contact MSN support, and be prepared to convince them you are the rightful owner of the account which you claim has been "stolen" or "hacked". Be advised; they'll take some fairly sturdy convincing.

If you can demonstrate the account is being or has been used in the furtherance of illegal activity, they will terminate it, if thats any help to you.

Either way, you're gonna need more than just claims and assertions.

I agree, and as an MSN subscriber my self, I know that they have answers to some secret questions on file that you provided when you resgistered. If you answer them correctly than they will know it's you.

the secret questions are often very vague and its very easy for someone who knows you just a little to get the questions correct, this is not full proof.
