From MorningStar ...
Here's a copy-and-paste from the Morning Star site:

4. The security or fund is not in our database.

We do not provide quotes on the following:

• Stocks listed on the Nasdaq Small-Cap exchange
• Preferred stocks
• Certain share classes of stocks
• Mutual funds not listed on Nasdaq
• International stocks not traded on major U.S. exchanges
• Variable annuities
• Money-market funds

Fund Companies: Please complete our online survey for funds not found
in your search. Click here.

A search of "utilities" on Morning Star came up with:

UTH, UINI, XLU

Try Hoover's for those ratings. Or search Google individually or collectively?
