Yes! There is a "World Toilet Day" on November 19th. Bet you thought I made that up, eh?

Yes, so I've seen!

What problem should we work on next?

Hmm, how about line-ups at grocery store checkouts?

The only other way is to raise your own groceries, I am afraid.

I'd like to see checkouts where the customer can scan their own groceries.

they don't have those in bc already

a few of the bigger stores here are trying it, it's a nightmare from what i've witnessed, seemingly the most stupid people gravitate towards them and spend most of the time pushing the assist button, in the end a cashier end sup processing most of the order, very convenient

Most of the larger grocery stores and Walmart have self check out counters in Houston and they work quite well. They are only used for smaller orders.

Reyn, You most certainly are diversified. Did you know that toilet seats make great picture frames?

This one sold for a fortune on eBay:

Haven't seen or heard about them, anyways, Dee.

I suppose you're probably right. In the end, some won't have a clue and will hold up others in line anyways.

I find that at the "Extra Foods" chain where they have the "pack your own groceries feature to be a real nuisance for those who are really slow at packing. We gave up shopping there, because it just got too aggravating! Mad

How do they keep people honest? Do they have cameras or people watching you checkout?

Are the prices any lower in stores that have self-checking?
